Next up: Homecoming 2013!
With a 5-0 first half to the Brevard County Baseball League under their belts, the Florida Tech Baseball Club is set to take on
University of Central Florida for
Florida Tech Homecoming 2013. The game is Thursday, Oct. 24th, with first pitch scheduled for 8:05pm at Florida Tech's Andy Seminick - Les Hall Field.
Through the first half of the season,
Sean Green has carried the offense, taking a .600/.650/.800 line and team-leading 7 RBI into Homecoming.
José Dominguez (1.082 OPS) and
Matt Ryan (.417 Avg., 6 RBI) have also been big contributors at the plate.
The pitching staff, led by
Adam Rieder (0.00 ERA, .105 OBA),
Ryan Fennell (0.00 ERA, .071 OBA), and
Wes Sanders (0.00 ERA, 2 W), has posted a 2.57 ERA and 9.77 K/9 over 35 innings to start the season.
